In my first online cooking class held on January 30, we cooked Turkish dishes with lovely ladies from all around the world. It was a great moment to have my followers virtually in my kitchen. We cooked the same dishes and enjoyed tasting them while chatting after the class.
While creating the menu for the class I thought of choosing traditional and popular dishes from Turkish cuisine. The ingredients are also easy to find all over the world. We were on schedule and finishes all three dishes on time and tasted them together… Some attendees preferred to watch only and take notes, ask questions if any to cook later.

- Turkish Kofte With Potatoes In The Oven: We will make traditional Turkish meatballs kofte and bake in the oven with potatoes.
- Shepherds Salad: Classic Turkish salad with tomato, cucumber, onions, peppers, chopped parsley, and olive oil dressing
